Pitaya Power Smoothie Bowl
Healthy Recipes - Bright pink in color, this pitaya power smoothie bowl isn’t all for looks. It’s filled with superfoods and nutritious ingredients that will brighten up your days as well. The based of the smoothie bowl is made with frozen pitaya, bananas and strawberries and it’s thinned out with coconut milk. Top it with your favorite fruit, nuts and seeds for a complete and delicious meal!
You’ll Need:
- 2 packs pitaya
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk I used almond milk
- toppings: bananas strawberries, nuts, granola, chia seeds, other fruit, and more!
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients aside from toppings in the blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until thick and smooth.
- If you don't have a high powered blender it may take a little longer.
