The Best Pineapple Pico de Gallo
Healthy Recipes - This Pineapple Pico de Gallo is a fresh homemade salsa full of tomatoes, sweet onions, pineapple, jalapenos, and cilantro. It makes a wonderful topping for chicken or tacos and can be eaten as a healthy dip!
You’ll Need:
- 2 c tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 c pineapple finely chopped
- 1 c sweet onion finely diced
- ¼ - ½ c jalapenos finely diced*
- ¼ c lime juice fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¾ c cilantro chopped
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
- Serve on top of chicken, tacos or eat it as a dip!
