Baked Bang Bang Chicken
Healthy Recipes - This Bang Bang Chicken is an easy, weeknight dinner idea with a tangy, yet sweet sauce! This recipe calls for baking NOT frying the chicken, easy clean up!
FOR THE EGG MIXTURE:

You’ll Need:
FOR THE SAUCE:- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 1/2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce (I use THIS brand)
 - 1 tsp granulated sugar
 - 1 tsp rice vinegar
 
FOR THE EGG MIXTURE:
- 1 egg, beaten
 - 3/4 cup milk
 
FOR THE BREADING:
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
 - 1 1/2 cup flour
 - 1 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp dried basil
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside
 - Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl with a spoon. Cover and set aside until ready to use.
 - In a small bowl, combine egg and milk and whisk together. Set aside.
